        1. You will need to download open / run / save the file by clicking on "Get Support". (recommended to save to your desktop)

        2. Then you will need to open / run the file.

                    Wait for the connection to establish between you and the remote support tech.

        3. Be sure to ANSWER "YES" when prompted to allow access for remote support.

*** Identify your Computer name...
 

Please identify your computer name from here.
 
  • Simply, right-click on "my computer"
  • choose "properties"
when the window opens...
  • click on the tab that says "computer name"
 
  • ... about halfway down you should see where it says "full computer name" I need the four digits that come after FRC-????
